Executive Administrative Assistant
Founded in 2012, GénieLab is a nonprofit organization that promotes access to digital culture by merging design, art, and technology to provide inclusive experiences anchored on collaboration, experimentation, and education.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Assistance to MANAGEMENT and in HUMAN RESOURCES management
- Ability to WORK IN TEAM and REMOTE (hybrid mode)
- Ability to manage ACCOUNTABILITY and PUBLIC SUBSIDIES
- Excellent bilingual (French, English) oral and written COMMUNICATION
- Strong WRITING, ANANLYSIS, and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Training in ADMINISTRATIVE and SECRETARIAT tasks
- Ability to WORK ONLINE at least 50% of the time (web-based tools)
- Experience in OFFICE MANAGEMENT required and/or interest in LEARNING
- Ability to manage a MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM
- AUTONOMOUS, DETAIL-RELATED, VERSATILE person
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
- Optimize and ensure a healthy closing of FINANCING and DEADLINES
- Work with the team to make PROGRESS REPORTS
- CREATE, NEGOTIATE and MAINTAIN SUPPLIER accounts
- Collaborate in the sound ACCOUNTING management of the organization
- Provide support in the preparation of meetings
