GenieLab announces the nomination of five members to its board of directors
Montréal, QC, August 3, 2021 – Non-profit organization, GenieLab is proud to announce the five new members of its Board of Directors, chaired by Christian Guy of CGUY & Co.
The new members are:
Sandra GIL-GUZMAN, Lawyer (international law), Partner at Boverry et Associés and responsible for rights and governance for the GenieLab board.
Zied TOUZANI, Data Scientist for Dataperformers and Business Development Manager for the GenieLab board.
Vanessa Alarie, Industrial Partnership Advisor at IVADO and responsible for strategic alliances for the GenieLab board.
Odile Annicette, Director of Business Development at ITI and head of the Organizational Development Committee for the GenieLab board.
Peng-Li Hong,, Domain Architect and Corporate Services at the National Bank and domain architecture consultant for the GenieLab board.
The existing members of the Board of Directors are:
Christian Guy founder of CGUY & Co and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GenieLab.
Roxanne Gagnon Houle, Special Education Consultant at the Centre d’Intégration Scolaire de Montréal, Secretary of the Board of Directors and responsible for the development of educational programs for GénieLab.
Marcelle Hanna, Senior Finance Advisor at Rio Tio and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for GenieLab.
