      <\/b>Participants that use our Products and Services through our Customers create significant amounts of content such as chat-based conversations, documents, sounds, images and other non-sensitive or non-identifiable data that is retained in G\u00e9nieLab\u2019s cloud platform. User Generated Content and content metadata (for example document titles, creation dates) held in G\u00e9nieLab\u2019s cloud platform is essential for providing the Services, and we access and process it only for that purpose.
